Starting from the initial visit to a property, the needs of our residents are critical to every aspect of our planning. Utilizing creative financing through loan programs and low income housing tax credits, we are able to deliver maximum impact to where it is needed most on site. Our niche in the affordable housing business has been the rehabilitation of older federally subsidized properties. The marrying of the older Section 8 program and the newer (1986) tax credit program has allowed those residents to benefit greatly from new infusions into their current residences. We also have experience with award winning historic tax credit properties and are currently working on a new construction affordable complex in Joplin, MO.
